Of course, we understand our clients’ desire to maintain their relationship with those they’re familiar with or who have provided quality work in the past. However, at Coln Construction, we prefer to use the carefully-chosen trade partners that we’ve build solid relationships with. There are a number of reasons for this.

The reason we’re able to consistently and efficiently execute even the most complex project is that our founder, Andrew Coln, has a deep understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners and subcontractors.

Andrew, who himself is originally from Greenville, South Carolina, started Coln Construction a little over eight years ago. He became interested in construction while in college and, after renovating two houses soon after he graduated, his passion became instilled; he knew he had found his true calling. He soon had the opportunity to move back to Greenville and work for a custom home builder, where he gained a great deal of industry knowledge and experience.

One of the greatest pieces of wisdom he discovered during that time is the importance of working closely and consistently with trusted trade partners, which is exactly what we continue to do at Coln. Those we choose to work with have worked diligently with us on numerous projects. Over time, they’ve each proven that not only will they show up on time, but that they’ll deliver the same high standards we demand (and that you expect).
