Our small, in town, backyard project was transformed by Coln Construction. A very limited space was redone into an elegant sanctuary for our family to enjoy that now has sitting, dining, gardens and hardscape, fire pit and AV entertainment area. The really amazing work is what you can't see. The prep on the site was done meticulously and flooding issues we had in our basement were ultimately resolved. Andrew and his team did a great job and he personally managed me very well. I am not an easy customer when it comes to attention to detail and my home. We will be enjoying our Coln created space for years to come.

Most people I talk to about our experience with Coln Construction are shocked when I say that building a new house was a positive experience. They either have had a bad experience themselves or have heard others complaining about how awful the building process is. Those other folks must not have used Coln Construction, because working with Coln was easy, straightforward, and Andrew did an excellent job letting us know exactly what we were getting into... Creating a smooth process from start to finish. On top of that, Coln finished on schedule while maintaining a strong commitment to excellent work.

Early this year, we had a pipe freeze, burst, and do extensive damage to our home. Thankfully, Andrew did an outstanding job of quickly identifying the damaged areas and was able to repair the damage both quickly and effectively. Andrew completed the repairs in less time than was originally quoted, and did the entire job for a very fair price. He was easy to work with, communicated effectively and was very professional. We were extremely happy with job Andrew did and would definitely use him again when the need arises!
